Once upon a time, a young man named Andrew went on an epic quest. His goal: a PV Fair form. His enemy: time. He battled his way across campus, leaving frightened fourth graders and terrified third graders in his substantial wake; he was a man on a mission. After dodging trees and jumping puddles, he finally arrived at the front office, where he was confronted with a final challenge: Mrs. Lewis. He used his charisma and charm to bewitch her into relinquishing her single remaining copy of the form, but at last it was in this valiant warrior's grasp! He hurried back the way he came and delivered the trophy into my waiting hands...
thanks Andrew :P
ANYWAYS. [sorry]
we did get the front office's last copy of the Pine View Fair booth request form, and we decided on a booth, or combination of such things. Take a rectangular kiddie pool, and fill it with cornstarch and water, and have kids pay to run across it. Then, have a separate line for kids to throw water balloons at the kids running across (the kids running across can opt-out of this... of course) and finally, a table set up somewhere with Copperhead III, Demansi Olivacea (the 15lb bot), my laptop playing a looping video of the battle highlights, and finally a stack of club info papers, donation forms, and a donation box. Hopefully all this will get approved, because it's pretty cool. (the video that cole showed is also on youtube here)
and I showed off the remains of demansi olivacea. Overall, not very EXCITING meeting, but it was actually productive.

you guys wanna test the cornstarch in like a huge bucket or something, just so we know it works and the proper measurements?
